NOTE: ASTA membership is company based, not individual. If you work for a member company, you are a member yourself.
NOTE: If you are registering on behalf of someone else, you must use THEIR email address and you can enter yours in later as a cc: email address to be copied on the registration. At the end of this registration, please note the "Add another person" option - you can then add another person using THEIR email address when you start.
For ASTA members, please begin typing your company name and select the option that appears in the box to complete it. Company name must be typed exactly as it appears in the drop-down box in order to verify ASTA member rates for registration.
Exhibitors: Please be sure to select Exhibit Booth Personnel registration types below, in order to use your discount code and so that you will be provided with an exhibitor badge for access to exhibit areas during setup and tear-down hours. Complete this form ONLY for your actual booth personnel who will be there (using their email address, name, etc.). If you are a booth contact, please list your email in the CC field on the next page of the registration process ONLY.
Please review this guidance for international travelers. If you require a visa invitation letter to visit the United States, begin the process by completing this registration form with payment. Your registration is pending until approved by ASTA. Upon receiving your registration, ASTA will review and respond to your request within 10 business days. If your Visa is denied, a refund will be provided.
